Ariana began her career in 2008 with the Broadway musical 13, before getting the role in the Nickelodeon television series Victorious as Cat Valentine, and in the spinoff Sam & Cat until 2014. She has appeared in several theatre and television roles and has given her voice to animated television and films. In 2011, she started her music career with the soundtrack of Music from Victorious. In 2013, Ariana released her first album titled Yours Truly, which entered atop the US Billboard 200.
