Justin Fairfax, born on February 17, 1979 is an American politician as well as a lawyer who has been serving since 2018 as the 41st Lieutenant Governor of Virginia. A member of the Democratic Party, Justin defeated Republican nominee Jill Vogel in the 2017 election. He is the second African-American elected statewide after Douglas Wilder.
