He is a member of hip hop collective Dipset, and also the co-CEO of Diplomat Records. Jones has directed music videos for artists such as Cam’ron, Remy Ma, Juelz Santana and State Property. In 2006, Jim formed the hip hop group, “ByrdGang” and launched ByrdGang Records.
